Wonderful tranquility!  Zen Retreat is a large 5600 square foot villa, with 4300 square feet under roof and 1300 square feet of deck and outdoor living space.  The owners refer to their luxurious villa as a “Zen Retreat,” because of the relaxed atmosphere of the home, nestled in the tropical dry forest amidst the passing birds and monkeys.  Positioned at the end of the 16th hole of the Arnold Palmer signature golf course, the villa has lovely views out to the course.  Zen Retreat features three king suites (one can convert to two twin beds), a queen suite, and a “teen bedroom” downstairs with two twin beds. One of the king suites is a separate casita located next to main home living room, offering a little bit more privacy, but just a few steps away from the main home.

The home offers a spacious interior with a large living room, separate dining area, and large breakfast bar off the gourmet kitchen which offers additional seating.  The wraparound deck and walkway outside the main living and dining areas, culminates at a lovely covered terrace with built in grill, an “L” couch for comfortable seating, and a dining table for al fresco meals.  The terrace room  is conveniently located off the kitchen with views overlooking the pool and surrounding jungle.

There is a large private infinity edge pool, located below the main living areas.  Poolside, and for instant relaxation, there are lounge chairs as well as a bistro table and chairs. Next to the pool, there is a powder room and “media lounge” next to it that houses Apple TV, Play Station 3, satellite TV and blu ray.  A Bose music system, integrated with indoor and exterior speakers completes the system.  Of course there are large flat screen TVs throughout the villa.  Around the corner from the pool, behind the media lounge, there is a comfortable hammock strung from the trees allowing another shaded nook for snoozing or reading.

From Zen Retreat, you can walk to the beach club via a short walk to a path of steps leading down the ridge and to Prieta beach (a 10-15 minute walk).  The Prieta Beach club is located at the other end of the beach.  You can also walk to the golf club, a short distance away.

Relax at your private oasis in the jungle after a day of adventures or relaxation at the beach.
