The Four Seasons features Pesce, Bahia Grill, and Añejo. The Andaz Costa Rica has Chao Pascao, Rio Bhongo, Ostra, and the Andaz Beach House. The Prieta Beach Club features Olas and Manglar restaurants. Exclusive Resorts features Poro Poro. Olas
Olas features a Costa Rican take on Baja California food set in the middle of a beautiful exclusive beach resort. A more sophisticated dining experience than other restaurants in the area, Olas offers fine dining in a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere.
Olas offers Baja-inspired appetizers like nachos and chips with pico de gallo and guacamole, as well as Costa Rican Corvina Reina ceviche and a Spanish gazpacho with cilantro pesto. Sample a tropical fruit plate of locally grown fruit for a light starter, or try the 1 lb. of chicken wings with your choice of BBQ, teriyaki, or buffalo sauce.
Olas offers light dishes, including salads, wraps, and tacos. They have a Greek salad with falafel and tzatziki and a sesame tuna salad with avocado and a honey soya dressing. Their wraps include a grilled chicken lettuce wrap and a Caesar wrap spinach tortilla with your choice of chicken or fish. Their taco offerings include Portobello mushroom tacos and grilled fish tacos.
For a heartier meal and a taste of North American and European cuisine, Olas offers sandwiches, burgers, and pizzas. They have a local twist on a classic with the Original PBC Grilled Tuna Club on whole grain bread, or try the braised BBQ beef sandwich with American cheese and a side of country fries.
Olas’ burgers are made from the highest quality ingredients, and both the 8 oz. Brangus burger and the Kobe burger are smokey, delicious grilled burgers that are sure to please. Pesce Restaurant
Spend an elegant evening dining on traditional Italian favorites at Pesce. Located on the grounds of the Four Seasons Resort, Pesce offers a range of delectable dishes inspired by the flavors of the Italian Riviera.
Start with Pesce’s mouth-watering antipasti. The tagliere di salumi e formaggi features delicious prosciutto di Parma and traditional salame Toscano, garnished with asiago and goat cheese, marinated olives, and assorted herbs. Begin your meal by supporting the local economy with one of Ostra’s oyster dishes. These shellfish are tumble-grown in the Nicoya Gulf in partnership with local communities and the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. They are not only delicious, but their growth has also helped hundreds of at-risk families find financial stability.
Sample the fresh oysters served with your choice of sauces à la minute, including coriander and chipotle aioli, citrus reduction and smoked salt, or tomato Creole sauce.
Explore some of Ostra’s finest seafood with the classic Latin American favorite ceviche. This raw-fish cold salad is a favorite up and down the Pacific coast from Central America down through Peru and Chile, both claiming to have invented it.
