What do I need to do to confirm my reservation with Papagayo Luxury?
- Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive your signed or e-signed rental agreement in combination with your deposit. Once we receive these two things, we will connect you to our amazing concierge who will begin to organize the details of your stay.
- Your deposit is 50% of total rental, including taxes/fees.
- The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival for Festive Season rentals
- The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, outside of Festive Season rentals
What is your cancellation policy?
- We hope that you do not have to cancel your Costa Rica vacation! We encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance to safeguard their investment should a cancellation be inevitable.
- Cancellations 90+ days in advance of arrival forfeit 50% of funds paid.
- Cancellations less than 90 days in advance of arrival forfeit 100% of funds paid.
- Cancellations must be in writing to jane@papagayoluxury.com and I must acknowledge receipt of your message by email or text.
