Villa Belvedere: 5 suites to accommodate 10 comfortably and up to 12 max
- Two King masters, another king suite, a double queen suite, all 4 with ocean views, and a queen suite with garden views)
- Private pool (two of them!) and hot tub
- This home had a major “refreshment” a few years ago. They updated everything! They freshened and lightened up all of the interiors, in particular. It includes all new decks, a new Cliffside observation/yoga deck, new bar/prep/serving area outside, new outdoor furnishings, new indoor furnishings throughout the home including the great room, bedrooms, media room.
- Summer Season (May-Oct 2022): $24,500/week*
- 25% discount: $18,375/week
- High Season (Nov 2022 through Apr 2023, excluding Festive): $32,900/week*
- 20% discount: $26,320/week
- Thanksgiving week: $32,900/week*
- Owner will pay for daily chef breakfast for up to 10 guests
- Festive Season: $80,000 for up to 10 nights (additional nights $8000/night*)

*VILLAS: Each villa has been custom built and individually decorated and each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Guests have access to the Prieta Beach Club, a private owner’s club, and guests pay the $50/person/day access fee to the club when they go. Guests also have access to the private Arnold Palmer golf course and tennis/pickleball center, managed by the Four Seasons. Villa housekeeping fee is $490/stay. Please add 18% taxes/fees to the noted weekly rental rates.
