Reservation/Cancellation Policies:

• Reservation policy:
  • 50% of total for deposit paid by wire transfer, plus signed rental agreement
  • Balance due 3 months in advance for Festive rentals (Dec 22-Jan 8, 2024) or 2 months in advance for rentals the rest of year (now through Dec 21, 2023, Jan 9, 2024+)
    • If balance is not paid on time, you risk automatic cancellation. Please be timely!
    • Payments must include full amount. If your bank or an intermediary bank that you use deducts a fee, you must add funds to cover any fees so that we receive the total amount due. 
• Cancellation policy: 
  • If cancelled 90+ days in advance, 50% of funds paid are forfeited
  • If cancelled less than 90 days in advance, 100% of funds paid are forfeited

Access to Beach Clubs/Golf/Tennis/Pickleball:

• Prieta Beach Club:
  • Our guests have access to the private Prieta Beach Club. As of Mar 2024, the daily access fee is $75+vat/person during the year except during Festive which ito no advance s $150+vat/person. This is paid directly to the Prieta Beach Club and they reserve the right to adjust the fee with little warning.
• Golf/Tennis/Pickleball: 
  • Our guests have access to the golf course and the tennis and pickleball courts. Guests need a reservation and will pay the club directly for the greens/court fees and lessons, etc. 
• Hotel Access:
  • Hotels may offer day passes, which historically are available a day or so in advance and will be paid directly to the hotel. Day passes are generally not available during Festive or when the hotel is at or near capacity. 
  • Hotel restaurants are generally available to our guests and during Festive, the FS historically will allow reservations 1 day in advance. Some reservations can be made in advance on Open Table at a variety of resort restaurants, but not all.
