US Thanksgiving

Festive, Christmas and New Year’s weeks, Dec 16- Jan 8

VILLAS:   Five+ bedroom villas with Pacific Ocean sunset views. Each villa has been custom built and individually decorated and each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Guests have access to the Prieta Beach Club, a private owner’s club, and guests pay the $50/person/day access fee to the club when they go. Guests also have access to the private Arnold Palmer golf course, and tennis/pickleball center, managed by the Four Seasons. Villa housekeeping fee is $490/stay, except where noted. 

CONDOS:  Three suite condos with ocean views:  all have same floorplan of 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, 2800 sq ft under A/C and another 700+ of private outdoor terraces, two shared condo pools onsite for your use. Guests have access to the Prieta Beach Club, a private owner’s club, and guests pay the $50/person/day access fee to the club when they go. Guests also have access to the private Arnold Palmer golf course, and tennis/pickleball center, managed by the Four Seasons. Condo housekeeping fee is $250/stay. 

NOTE: I have access to additional villas and condos if these are unavailable. Please send me travel dates, # adults /# children  / ages of children.
