Featuring 3 king suites and a bunk room in the main home plus a king casita, it can comfortably host up to 14 guests. Nestled in lush, landscaped gardens, the villa boasts an enchanting courtyard, ornate fountains, and vibrant flora. Multiple viewing platforms offer the perfect vantage points to soak in breathtaking sea vistas and the natural beauty that surrounds the estate.

Villa Belvedere

For guests who seek an open layout and a minimalist aesthetic, Villa Belvedere offers expansive living spaces adorned with modern design elements. The grand great room boasts an open kitchen, all framed by stunning ocean views. Comfortably houses groups of 10, but can accommodate up to 12 people with 2 people per bed. Ideal for large or multiple families, the villa offers dual King Master Suites and Double Queen Suites. The pristine infinity-edge pool, private terraces, and sunset ocean views come together to form an inviting backdrop.
