Open-Concept Indoor & Outdoor Living
The central great room combines the living, dining and kitchen areas into one comfortable gathering space, with floor-to-ceiling glass bringing natural light and the surrounding landscape into the residence. The renovated kitchen offers modern appliances and generous workspace for everything from a quick breakfast before heading out for the day to a relaxed dinner at home. A private chef can also be arranged through Papagayo Luxury for breakfasts, dinners or a special evening during your stay.
The great room opens to the main terrace, extending the living space outdoors and providing a natural place for the group to relax together. In addition to this shared terrace, each of the three bedroom suites has its own private outdoor space. With four terraces in total, Selva Luxe offers an unusual amount of outdoor living for a condominium and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the tropical surroundings throughout the day.
Three Private Bedroom Suites
Selva Luxe has three well-separated bedroom suites, each with an en suite bathroom and direct access to a private terrace. Two suites feature king beds, making the residence particularly comfortable for couples traveling together, while the third bedroom has two queen beds and provides additional flexibility for families or groups of friends.
The separation of the suites creates a welcome sense of privacy when several couples or generations are sharing the residence. Guests can gather in the great room and on the main terrace while still having a comfortable private space of their own at the end of the day.
The Las Terrazas Setting
Las Terrazas is a private residential enclave surrounded by the tropical landscape of Peninsula Papagayo. Guests of Selva Luxe have access to the community’s resort-style swimming pool, providing an easy option for a swim or relaxed afternoon without leaving the neighborhood. The residence is also conveniently positioned for exploring the rest of the Peninsula by golf cart or vehicle.
Prieta Beach Club, Papagayo Park, the Arnold Palmer Signature golf course, Marina Papagayo, beaches, racquet facilities and resort dining are all within easy reach. Confirmed guests may enjoy access to Prieta Beach Club and Papagayo Park with applicable guest fees, as well as golf and racquet facilities at guest rates. Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica is also nearby, with day access potentially available to Peninsula guests for an additional fee, subject to the resort’s availability and policies.
